Precision, Connectivity, and Ultimate Optical Comfort
When Swarovski launched its first binoculars with an integrated laser rangefinder in 2011, expectations were sky-high. For nearly twenty years, hunters worldwide had hoped the Austrian firm would bring the optical excellence of its EL Swarovision into a "Rangefinder" version. Fifteen years later, the new generation Swarovski EL Range TA (Tracking Assistant) marks a decisive milestone with increased range, Bluetooth connectivity, tracking assistance, and, for rifle hunters, improved ballistic precision.
Optics Above All
In the world of rangefinder binoculars, two functions coexist: distance measurement and observation. But if the rangefinder were to fail, an experienced bowhunter could still estimate their shot. Conversely, especially in the mountains, an optical defect would certainly mean the end of the outing. The EL Range inherits "Swarovision" expertise, offering pure colors and an almost flat image, as well as the famous Swarodur and Swarotop coatings that maximize light transmission. The result: impeccable sharpness, faithful colors, and edge-to-edge clarity across a 120 m/1,000 m field of view in the 10X42 model. At 925 g, they are only slightly heavier than standard EL models. The rangefinder modules form a discreet bulge under the barrels, which naturally guides your grip.
